We Don’t Share Very Well
Being sensitive to the nature of the information technology service management industry, Managed Insight adheres to a strict client confidentiality policy. We will not disclose and will properly destroy any private information that is provided to us by our clients. Further, Managed Insight will not use this information for personal or professional gain. Work completed by Managed Insight will not be shared as samples in any circumstance regardless of permission from our clients.
All client information that is obtained either verbally or in writing shall be held in strict confidence at all times. Private information includes, but is not limited to, trading history, financial matters and basic information such as client name, commercial address, telephone number and email address.
No client information shall be disclosed to a third party without the client’s prior written consent, with the exception of certain contractors of Managed Insight, who require access to this information to perform their duties and assigned functions, and who also have fully executed non-disclosure agreements with us.
Notwithstanding the above exception, personal information will also be disclosed pursuant to statutory authority and/or as required by legal process. Any requests received by us in connection with such required disclosure must be immediately presented to the privacy department of Managed insight.
All client information, whether stored electronically or otherwise, shall be maintained in a strictly controlled environment. Access to such information shall be limited to only those staff whose access is necessary to perform their duties. Any complaints received from a client in connection with an alleged misuse of personal information shall be immediately forwarded to the privacy department of Managed Insight.
